    Introduction to work stress, its types, and its impact on performance and safety.

    Sources of stress specific to Saher's work environment (workload, system malfunctions, compliance requirements, communication challenges, and shift management).

    Stress assessment and measurement tools (short questionnaires, performance indicators, monitoring absenteeism and performance decline).

    Management strategies for organizing work and reducing burnout (time management, task delegation, preventative maintenance procedures, improving the work environment).

    Individual coping techniques (relaxation and breathing exercises, cognitive reframing, emotional management, and effective communication).

    The role of leadership and organizational support (supervisor guidance, flexible policies, and employee support programs). Developing team action plans and mechanisms for monitoring and measuring impact (follow-up after 1, 3, and 6 months).

    Training methods used: Interactive lectures, practical workshops, short breathing exercises, case studies, and distribution of printable action summaries.

    Immediate results after the course:
    Greater employee awareness of stress sources and how to manage them.
    Widespread acceptance of flexible schedules and clear task divisions.
    Adoption of short relaxation exercises during shifts by some teams.
